Arrival & Grace Period


We kindly allow a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Otherwise, your reservation will be considered a no-show and the table may be released.

Dinner Seatings

We operate two dinner seatings:

• First seating: 7:00 PM / 7:30 PM
• Second seating: 10:00 PM / 10:30 PM

Tables are allocated for approximately 2.5 hours. Larger groups may enjoy an extended dining time, subject to availability.

Reservation Confirmation


Our reception team will contact you approximately 48 hours prior to your reservation to reconfirm your booking. Please ensure that all booking details, including your email address, telephone number, date, and number of guests, are correct before confirming. We also kindly ask you to inform us of any last-minute changes.

Deposit & Cancellation

Policy
A deposit equivalent to the minimum spend is required to secure the reservation and can be paid by credit or debit card. This amount will be deducted from your final bill.

• During low season (April, May, late-September, October) we require a deposit (minimum spend) of 150€ per person. 
• In high season (June, July, August, early-September), we require a deposit (minimum spend) of 200€ per person.

The deposit is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, as well as no-shows, will result in the full deposit being retained.

Last-Minute Reservations


Reservations made within 48 hours of the dining date are also subject to the same cancellation and no-show policy. Charges may only be waived in exceptional circumstances and at the restaurant's discretion.

All reservations are subject to a 48h cancellation policy.

• More than 48 hours before the reservation: No penalty / Prepayment refunded, minus the 3% non-refundable admin fee 
• Less than 48 hours before the reservation: No refund of the prepayment 
• No-show: No refund of the prepayment

In the event of a cancellation made within less than 48h prior to the reservation or no-show, a penalty fee of 150€ per person will be charged.

The deposit is non-refundable (except cancellations made with more than 48h in advance), it will be deducted from your bill on the day of the reservation.

The 3% admin fee is non-refundable.

For any changes or cancellations, please contact us within the specified time frame.

Sa Capella reserves its right to cancel or amend the booking at any time or in any special occasions or circumstances.

At Sa Capella you will enjoy a mediterranean cuisine, gastronomic offer mainly based on grilled meat and fish. While we try to cater to different dietary requirements, please note that we have very limited Vegan options.   

We are sorry, but we do not have a children's menu.
